Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use final deliverables for their intended purpose.

Viddyolab retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Stock footage, music, and other third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Viddyolab retains ownership of custom graphics, templates, and design systems created for projects.

Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation.
